hit list requests and general help

Please post your requests here.

THE REQUEST MUST INCLUDE THE FOLLOWING:

- WHY! (Normal gameplay losses are not a good enough reason)
- WHO! (Mobwars and FB link required)
- HOW MUCH! (Current bounty amount)
- LEVEL! (current level of the offender)
- OTHER! (any other info known about the player, affiliations, etc)

REQUESTS MUST BE APPROVED BY ONE OF THE FOLLOWING:

- Any Officer
- John Martin - Peacemaker
- Tony Strickland - Sr. Protector
- Daniel talbot - Protector >$100M
- Rellen Chernetski - Protector $10-100M
- Gabby Henderson - Protector $0-10M
- Anybody since named as a protector

REMEMBER - All requests will be investigated, with the first course of action preferred as contact with the offender (where appropriate). Please be 100% honest in your request as the truth will come out, and we wouldn't want any embarrassing situations.

kind of a bummer but i understand, sometimes id like to post just for help but i cant cause of all this, i understand some people are liars and cheats but others arent just sucks cause usually when i ask for help ive already talked to the person im in conflict with
